Normally I go through about two-three shoes a year because the stitching breaks, the soles pull apart from the shoes body, and/or  the laces rip off.

Mine started tearing down towards the end of my first season, mostly just fraying of the cam fabric.

I did some summer wrestling after that and by time I was done with that; they have had several spots on the sole where the rubber traction was chipping.

About halfway through my second season with them, the soles had a tear through them and rubber was chipping off like crazy.

but they are extremely tight on my feet and one spot in particular (where the base of the tongue attaches to the shoe - at the bottom of the laces) really puts a lot of pressure on my foot - to the point of pain.

but if I still feel that pain after that I am returning them to ASICS under warranty as defective.

BTW these have horrible traction on sweaty mats for about 1 month or untill you break them in.

but these lived up to their expectations; they fit well, are stable in the ankle and have good grip on the soles.

The high top strap keeps the shoe very snug and stable.

Anyway, this thing is nothing BUT sole and GRIP, and its AWESOME!

My son loves this pair of shoes using them for practice everyday, comfortable and well made

They are very comfy, even when wearing around a tournament all day.

but it was made up for in terms of proper packaging and the super softness of the shoes.

Have used them for two days now and have no blisters, in fact when wearing them it feels like I'm not wearing them at all - super snug, extremely light and the build quality is top notch.

I just received these today, so I haven't had a chance to try them on the mat, and that's the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

I had Asics in high school and know them to be reliable, these looked cool and were on sale, so I gave them a shot.

They look cool, which is obviously half the game,

I got these for my brother and the second he tried them on, his foot hurt from the amount of arch in them.

I ended up returning them and getting a totally different style of shoe which has been working out much better.

However regularly when walking out of the water, the velcro strap on one or both would unfasten and I’d walk out of the shoe.

Shoe Runs A Bit Large
Quality shoe that was larger than I expected.

As a wildlife photography, currently focusing on shore birds, I can wear these and hike up and down our super fine emerald coast sand dunes and beaches and even into tide pools and into the waves keeping my stance steady and firm.

Fits nicely
This is the second pair I have bought for water exercise.

They are relatively light, the strap fits nicely.

I bought these for indoor DIY projects.

They seem to be pretty good anti slip soles.

I put in some good pads and they feel great n comfortable.

They truly couldn't be more comfortable and what a huge difference for my feet by the end of the day!

I have wide feet so these soft rubber make fit easy for me.

They have a great fit resulting in a much better fit than Crocs or like-wise clogs that flip flop on your feet.
