Unfortunately it was bad, right out of the box (video).

The video was taken without actually using it for lifts, just out of the box, the heel is falling apart.

but it's 110 € "Powerlifter Shoes for Intensive Workouts " what kind of powerlifter shoe starts to fall apart out of the box? .

When they arrived I was little disappointed because the liner had been misapplied in one of the shoes and this made it somewhat uncomfortable in the toe and heel.

My only gripe would be the sole of my right shoe started to slide forward and bunch up at the toe and leave the heel, used some super glue to reseat the sole, and it's good as new.

The only exception is the inner sole moves around.

Great squatting and deadlifting shoes
I like how stable the shoes feel when doing heavy squats and deadlifts.

The sole is a bit firmer and seems to give a little more stability in the heavier lifts that he does (he lifts much heavier than I so I am relaying primarily his impressions).

Bought these specifically for squats, deadlifts since I've been having some knee issues as of late and I need a very high heel to make the movements easier and take strain off the knees.


Very good shoes for squatting, the high heel makes it easier for people like me who have limited ankle dorsiflexion.

Great shoe, great customer service
I had a pair of Adidas squat shoes that my son and I have shared.

My son and I agree that they are a little better than the Adidas (which we both liked).

He opted to take these with him to college, and I am still happy with the Adidas.

But when I tried them, I kind of liked the snugger fit and I agree with my son that they just give you a more sound foundation vs the pair he left me with.

These shoes run EXTREMELY small.

In every other heel I own I take a size 11, truly could not believe how small these were.

Sizing was off too; I sized up as recommended in reviews, and they fit well one size bigger.

If you’re going to order these, order at least a full size up.

but an 8 would be too big wish there were half sizes.

I don’t see how these would work for wide feet.

I usually wear a 9, which is what I ordered.

The ankle strap, made of a hard plastic, frayed the cloth covering it.

I ordered a 7 (normally wear a 6.5) and I couldn’t even get my foot in the toe strap part.

If you're not accustomed to heels for a competition, these are a great shoe!

They fit and it’s accurate because I have .25 inch at toe and heel which I like.

(I hate when shoes are the exact length of your foot because it looks too small) I’m 5’9 so I like the heel height.

These fit perfectly and the lower heel allows me to walk pain free.

Easier to walk in the the 5" heels I had originally purchased.

My front squats and overhead squats feel a little more stable now.

They look great and are a little high in the heel which is a plus if you have mobility issues.

however the top part of my foot was in EXTREME pain for the 10 minutes I wore them.

GUESS Women's Cacei Pump

Picture & Description Incorrect
First let me tell you that this has been my go to shoe since 2010!

The problem I have is that neither the pictures or the description state that the 'Black' version is a shiny patent leather style and not a non shiny, grain/textured leather like the pictures show.

The price is much higher now and since the error is with the listing and not with me,  they should honor the same price.

The service girl finally agreed that the listing pictures and description are not correct

Amazon should let me choose the 'Black 001' option for the exchange or at least offer me an inconvenience credit to cover the price difference since the listing still shows the wrong shoe style.

I spoke to customer service who were kinda jerky about me wanted to exchange them instead of get the refund and repurchase them again.

but they aren't willing to do anything extra to resolve the issue just give me a refund  and purchase a different material of the shoe at the new doubled price than what I originally paid.

but said I had to order the exact same model as the first pair even though it seemed likely that I would receive the same wrong pair again, but I followed her instructions, sent the first pair back and of course got another pair of the wrong shoes.
