*UPDATE* I have been experiencing some discomfort in the heel area of the shoe.

but my nine year old son took one look at them and asked why I bought water shoes, so it made me second guess myself on whether or not I can actually wear them out and about, if I need to.

I like that they come in a lot of sizes so you can get a good fit without laces.

Very stiff
Very stiff, unlike other vivibarefoot shoes I’ve owned.

Heel and arch are *extremely* narrow, sole is very stiff
The title of the review says it all.

The sole was also so stiff that it felt like I was wearing normal boots.

Unfortunately these are still tight especially in length as toes squish against front and actually are relatively tight in width too (I don’t have wide feet).

I swapped the laces for some stretchy laces as I never have the patience for laces - especially when having to take shoes on off going through clients houses, and these work great.

I am usually a 4.5 UK size and I got a 5, which fits perfect and I can stretch my toes out in them without them feeling loose. I am one very happy customer, so much so I was inspired to write this review :)

I have mobility issues and often lose balance in shoes, these boots help lessen that when out!

I wear these for farm work and they have held up well.

My foot was covered in water and the inside of the boot was dry.

I've had these boots for a week and they're fantastic.

I managed to get these on the amazon sale for under £100 and I think that's a bargain for the quality of the boots.

They have maintained their waterproofing well.

but think they would wear into a great supple pair of waterproof walkers.

They are incredibly waterproof, cosy, soft and comfortable to wear.

I have the vivo forest esc in size 5 so they were true to size.

but 4 days in a row I got holes in my socks so something in the shoe must have been doing it.

The fabric on the shoe around the inner ankle just frays super easily, I think because the hard material underneath is ripping the delicate fabric.

This is the same time period the first pair I ordered started to fray.

but the fabric shouldn't be ripping with regular wear in only such a short time of a couple weeks.

I returned them and ordered the half-size up.

My recommendation is to order 1/2 size up.

however, the half size were too tight especially when you have to fit thick socks into them.

I ordered size 10 in these, and they are the shortest 10s I've ever tried on.

I wasn't sure if I should size down a half size from what I originally ordered since these shoes seemed to be bigger than the 3.0s that I had and my feet slipped around if I didn't wear medium weight socks.

I meant to take pictures of these 4.5s before I returned them,

but I didn't so I'll try to describe the problem that caused me to return them.

Plenty of room for my toes to stretch out.

I've been wearing the 11s for a couple months now on steep trails with loose gravel and they are great if I wear medium socks.

The laces easily tighten or loosen the grip and the ankle holds in place well.

They are super grippy on loose gravel and rocks.

I feel best in my bare feet, so this shoe keeps to the basics while providing protection.


I've got wide feet and as per all reviews these are great in terms of not squashing my feet,

PROS: I love the wide toe box so my toes can splay out and the zero-drop to keep my hips and knees in alignment.

I have never had a problem with width on Altras due to the foot shape design.

They are super comfortable and just the perfect toe width to allow my toes to spread out to their enjoyment.

The shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on (in thin socks).

Very comfortable (once the blister healed), and my feet don't hurt now that I am in new shoes.

And they are soooo comfortable, right out of the box!

The bottoms of your feet tend to get quite stinky, less so with toe socks.

I will say that they are a bit tight for about an hour if you wear toe socks in them,

Size table on Amazon is one size too small (at least for me).

If you share a preference for being barefoot like me, you will not regret investing in a pair of the CVT-Hemp shoe.

But in next few minutes I realized that they fit my feet perfectly and solid.

They are snug, secure, and fit my toe length perfectly.

I believe these shoes have helped me to stabilize my walking gait.

I've lost the leather soles my feet had as a youth and these replace them quite nicely.

I could feel every traction lug on the soles with each step - even using the ‘extra’ provided insoles fitted.

I had to fit thicker / much stiffer insoles to be able to use the shoes (

but can still feel the sole lugs to my forefoot - just reduced the discomfort a little ) - but this causes tightness - reducing toe box height.

They only fit when I take out the insoles.

I ordered a women’s 11 and the right insert is for a size 9 shoe.

I would change my review to 5 stars if I had two inserts that fit properly.

After wearing traditional sole sneakers and being on my feet a lot, these brought some relief.

After wearing these, I can’t go back to supported fancy shoes that lift my heel etc.

I can't even wear traditional toebox "mitten" shoes anymore, they hurt my feet and feel terrible on.

I had refused to listen to my body while running daily in college, and as the pain progressively intensified I developed full blown, awful shin splints.

The only thing I have to point out that is not immediate when looking online it that the sole is thicker than expected.

Not only did my shin splints disappear, my entire body felt like it had begun to loosen up and relax.

My hips and lower back started to loosen up and my posture improved drastically - I was asked several times if I had gotten taller.

I'd recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a barefoot feel during workouts while maintaining a level of foot protection and some added traction.

Loe them
I love these and they fit perfectly.

They actually fit a little more snug than the old ones, which is a good thing.

Size wise I have no complains, the sizing is the same and they fit exactly like the KMD.

Legit Vibram
These are my fave shoes, I wear them to work, gym, everywhere.

I usually wear size 10.5, and this size 43 (10.5 to 11.0) worked perfectly for me.

but with just a little bit of baking soda each time I wear them, so far they've never developed an odor.

After only wearing them a few times, I put them on for my trip to EDC Orlando and spent all day in them just fine.

I have worn and trained (weightlifting, crossfit, city running) with minimal shoes before and was happy with their performance.

I’m so disappointed with this purchase.

The strap on these hold in my for bare and I can still use my thick such in the winter, in ☺ Now the slides I  get in sz 8, they usual stretch and I don't lk a1" behind my heel in sz 9 So I got it all figured out!

Easy to use and can be wear anywhere and can be fit to anyone with the proper size.

The looks are comfortable and are stylish.

This slipper is not plush at all and if you don't wear socks you won't get the same feel as you would with fur-lined slippers.

My foot isn't narrow enough to fit though, so I unfortunately have to return them.
