Fits big for a woman wears a size 7 in men and comes in a plastic bag.

may want to go down a size unless you have wide with feet perhaps.

but as only whole sizes (I purchased 9, normally wear 8.5) available.

I ordered a 9.5 going off the size chart.

However, once I put the shoes on and laced them up to wear (as opposed to just trying the boots on with out lacing them up), I noticed the laces are not matched.

but then as I wore them more to work in the shoe strings always loosens up on their own..I have to double tie them because they strat to hurt my pinky toe from being loose and working in them.im on my feet for 8 hrs everyday..I would only recommend for temporary use not long term.

but now I'm gonna have to request a REFUND due to the fact that though SOMEWHAT comfortable the INSOLE is completely detachable.

it's a PLAUSIBLE MAYBE ON A REFUND,,,could've had a defective pair.
