I like Reefs and have a few different styles.

So I'm ordering a 9 because I still really like the style and support compared to other flip flops.

Fabric thong is so nice and soft and comfy and the shaped sole is lovely and comfortable, even when walking a long way.

These are still good flip flops,

but thicker than a lot of flipflop sandals, which gives them some extra support.

The soles were a very comfortable, soft, slightly squishy material.

They do have a comfortable toe strap and sturdy foot bed on unpaved roads.

It does feel like the sole may provide good arch support.

but with a beautifully comfortable bouncy trainer-type sole and a raised padded arch to support your feet and overall posture.

These particular sandals have the bounce cushion and an added orthotic "arch" support.

The arch supports help with the back stuff and the bounce cushion helps with the knees.
