The Velcro strap is extremely adjustable and the toe flap comes all the way down so you don’t have to squish your littles foot in.

Love these shows.

Very light weight and cushion insole was a favorite feature by the 7 year old very active boy.

These are great shoes.

but they still look narrow and athletic vs a wide box style, so they provide a better athletic fit compared to the Saucony sneakers that my son also likes but don't hug his foot as nicely.

Easy on and easy off because of the stretch laces and one Velcro strap.

The structure of the footbed is nice with good cushion and there's good traction on the bottom.

Yes, these shoes run a bit narrow AT FIRST

However, my daughter cannot put them on by herself because they are too narrow and require some help.

My only complaint is they changed their sizing at somepoint because we bought a pair in-store last year and recently went to order the next size up on Amazon only to find out it was waaaay too big.

According to their sizing chart on the website she should have been in a size 4, not 6.5.

I think that she must have crawled around for most of the day or something as the leather was rubbed away making the shoe useless as they were no longer waterproof.

The only drawback with this particular shoe is that the sides are high and the leather is not very flexible.

I like the quality of the shoes and that they will provide support for my granddaughter's flat feet.

I bought these shoes for my  4 year old granddaughter for school  as she has gone through several pairs of shoes,scuffing them one way or another I don't think other manufacturers think that little girls don't run or climb ,she comes out of school now with shoes that look smart and scuff free I would highly recommend 😀😀😀

I also love that they support correct heel-toe foot placement while learning to walk.

As far as comfort goes- the padding in the insert and sole provides support and cushion.

I purchased these for my boys 7-10 years ago and buy them still today for every friend baby’s first birthday.

I will forever keep my boy’s pairs as they are such a great core memory for me, not them.

The velcro strap wouldn't go over all the way once the shoe was finally on.

Velcro tabs don't easily slide open to allow access.

Its a bit of a struggle to get these on when compared to the Stride Rite sneakers with similar velcro closure.

I wanted to love this shoe after reading reviews it was perfect for chubby feet.

However, my son is a 6.5 and these were not wide enough and it was difficult to get on.

We sized up and they’re still too narrow to fit comfortably.

All my other toddler’s shoes seem to be falling apart quickly, so I’m happy these are holding up.
