After two weeks, I could not use my other sandals and some cheap shoes because they did not have the arch support.

They have prevented bunion surgery in my right foot due to the meditarcil Pad and arch support.


Love these sandals, excellent fitting, arch support.

The Good: These have DECENT arch support.

These sandals (I have tried many, many different sandals) have great arch support.

When I said, I can't live without them, it is because, from the ground up, the sandals adjust and cushion the feet and have great arch support.

Oh, by the way my foot doctor told me these sandals my help because the arch support is very good.

but that's not so important to me as the support they provide to the bottom of my foot.

Spenco are the only brand sandal I can still wear for very long without arch pain since I've found out I have plantar fasciitis.

I've had multiple pairs of these to help keep the foot pain away.

If you feet hurt, or have back & leg issues these may help give you a percentage of relief.

My feet are 11.5, and the size 11 sandals are a little loose.

However, it was immediately clear upon first trying on this pair that the size 11 was too big -- not only was there a lot of excess space at the back of the heel cup,

I bought a pair of Spenco's 3 years ago which have full cork removable insoles.

Adjustable, pretty good arch support
Good quality, slip on / slip off, adjustable, good arch support.

but these were just enough support in the arch to allow me to be a sandal wearer again without so much pain.

The overall support was so good that you can walked whole day and your feet won't feel tired.

They also have great support and were really good when going to the pool for physio.

The cork insole feels great on my feet and the curve of it with the arch support, well, it feels like it was custom made for my feet.

Advise selecting a smaller size than normal when in doubt
So far, these seem to offer the support needed for my high arches,

but that still provide the needed support.

Now that I have the correct size, the past couple of days of use suggest that these may well help provide the arch support I need, which I hope will help to resolve my plantar fasciitis issues.

Highly recommend this sandal for people with arch pain problem.

I have never had a more comfortable pair of flops.

I put these on, and from the first slip of my foot into the sandal, it was one of the most comfortable shoes/sandals/slippers I have had.

The shoes are still comfortable -- I wear them for at least an hour or so every day -- and as I don't wear them outdoors, I haven't had any issues with keeping them clean.

They have been great and I wore them daily in the spring, summer.

but it's worth it as I am still wearing my first pair which I brought it more than 5 years ago in one of the shops here.

These are good looking enough that you could wear them on errands.

I bought 9W, my usual size, and these are a good inch too long.

I don’t understand why my size has been deleted from the shoe market.

it was strange they fit and felt so large since my existing Rockport Women's World Tour Walking shoes bought years ago were a size 10W and fit me perfectly.

I was looking for a good walking shoe for Europe.

I do wish these shoes had a bit more toe depth and width.


These shoes were very large and sloppy for being a 6 wide.

The arch support is excellent as is the cupping of the heel.

I can lace this shoe tighter and get good support without pain in my arch.

I decided to keep them because wearing heavier socks helps a lot, they have good arch support, are very comfortable to walk in and I like them.

They were very comfortable right out of the box with no break in period.

My arthritic feet are more comfortable in these shoes than in the orthotic brands I have tried.

But they were comfortable when I tried them on.

It's such a nice looking shoe and I really wanted them to be comfortable!

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I recall owning.

The other pair of "most comfortable shoes" I own are also Rockports.

Ordered size 12 received size 11.5=too small.

They run really small order up atleast one size not just a half size up.

but size 9, euro 42, was at least a half size too small.

Update; Animasportiva is now claiming they sent me what I ordered.

All they have to do is look at my order details and the shoes are plainly dark green and black  NOT bright blue and black.

Horrible customer service and delivery of wrong item.

I can have arch pain from shoes with too much arch support, and even after sixty miles over four days, I had no arch pain and no blisters.

I have a bunch of other Scarpa’s types and these are clearly now my favs.great support.

Sock fit is very comfortable and prevents chafing.

Brooks Men's Bedlam 3 Running Shoe

My last pair lasted about three months and the sides separated from the sole.

I wore them for two days and the bottoms of my feet hurt.

Bedlam 3 feels a little bit lighter and has thinner sole,

I have purchased numerous pairs of the Brooks Bedlam shoe.

but very narrow - I sometimes wear a wide 105, bought this in 11 and it was still too tight.

I would advise buying a size-up to avoid this!

Big disappointment
I’ve been wearing Brooks bedlams for years, and these are the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever owned.

They always provided outstanding support and I believed they were a great value.

The soles seem like cheap foam and probably won't last more than 1-2 seasons

The sole is very firm and offers little comfort.

but with a tight fit
The slippers are advertised as running on the small side, and they speak the truth.

But too small, has to return and order a bigger size.

I highly recommend ordering one if not TWO sizes up for a more comfortable fit.

I ended up doing a 6 mile beach walk with them and my feet felt about the same as if I had my expensive hiking boots with inserts in.

The soles have been separating from the shoe for the last month.

They are such a good design for my feet by providing the arch support necessary.

I have never had arch pain or foot pain since I moved over to this brand.

if you have little to no arch these sandals are the best for your feet!

I had the first pair slightly over a year and one of the straps broke.

The straps also cracked right away, especially on the 2021 pair.

but after one year almost to the month, one just simply snapped with no force other than stepping off a curb and became useless.

These Size 6's are too long and too wide for my feet, making them work harder than they should to keep them in place.

Because the shoes are too big for a Size 6, the lift lands more in my metatarsal area, not under my arch where it belongs.

On a long walk recently, I ended up with a blister between my toes. The arch support is only so-so for my high "dancer's arches."

You would break your neck walking in these sandals.

And the soles are so thick that if I step wrong I could fall off and twist an ankle. So.

They only last me 6 months and that’s wearing them without the grips on the bottom by that point!

Awesome.love them.i have varicose veins and can't stand for to long on ceramic floors when I cook and these are just what I needed.My daughter who lives in the states had a pr and recommended them.grest support.if worn everyday what is their guarantee for support .

When I had start wearing them the pain in my arches finally disappear every once in a while when the pain strikes again these are my go-to shoes.
