had to return/exchange

I'm losing my previous faith in Columbia shoes, because I'm having to return another supposedly waterproof (but leaking) pair in a warranty claim.

but they make you pay for shipping and insurance to return things.

but had to return my first order and go to a full size up.

but by the time I’d worn them a few times it was past the return window.

Not for me
I returned these, was looking for hiking shoes for Alaska-they just weren’t comfortable at all.

Run insanely small
I ordered an 8.5 instead of my usual 8 because of some remarks that these run small,

waterproof

I am very disappointed, though, that they were no longer waterproof as they approached just two months old.

I purchased these specifically for the waterproof quality, so very disappointed.

but things can fit oddly when you go so much higher than your normal size.

The color selection in my size was very limited

but immediately after these shoes arrived, I tried them on expecting them to be narrow and ill fitting.

thicker sole

These are great and I like the thicker sole.

I don’t find it easy to find wide sneaker type hiking shoes so I was thrilled to find these.

I purchased a half size larger based on reviews, and they fit perfectly!

I felt heel pain and the BOTTOM BROKE off.
