The issue seems to be the insert which is necessary in order to wear the boots.

When I opened the box one boot's insert was already partially out of the boot.

This means every time you take the boot on or off you have to mess with the insert.

The insert is almost 1/2" thick which meant that once I got them in the boots and tried them on they were extremely tight.

I don't know why anyone would want a boot that you have to constantly mess with the inserts on just to wear.

The liner makes the front and bottom of the foot bed too small and my foot is being squeezed too much.

Although if you remove the warming layer, you'll have to buy an insole to put in the bottom since it's just plastic.

It took me three orders to get the correct size.

I ordered the same size boot I previously had and they were too small.

I ordered the 11 in these and they are too big and too small simultaneously.

I bought an 8, and they fit snug with mid-weight socks on.

The removable boot make these boots a solid 1/2 to one full size smaller than advertised.

The only complaint I have for the manufacturer is that these boots really need to come in half sizes.

Cost me $20 to mail back one pair to the vendor, the other vendor gave me a return slip.

I returned them and am hoping to find another Kamik boot that does not have this issue.

They kept my feet warm and also on the ground.


Usually wear 6.5 to a 7 ordered a 7 and it is a good fit, comfortable will have to wait for winter to see how warm they are

but from first impressions and walking around my house, these boots are comfy and very warm.

They look good and seem quite sturdy and warm.

The boots are lace up, so they can fit a wide variety of calf sizes, as well as tucked in jeans.
