Only complaint on the comfort is out of the box the top of the  boot where the tongue is a little bit stiff and uncomfortable

They dont last and are uncomfortable these are top of the line in my opinion.

I just ordered this pair and they arrived defective, went to lace them up and the eyelet pulled right out.

The eyes for the laces unfortunately are fabric and me being a welder I should have cought that

It didnt fit my dad even tho it was 11 wide the ceramic toe wasn't wide enough for him so for other may very size fitment.

So, I am so speechless with these Timberland pro Bosshog.

So after 3rd day run around site an average 18000 step a day my feet fills relaxation so once proved worth the money spent again I want to say that these Timberland pro work great, keeping my feet,legs relax.

This being my third pair of timberland pro boots the style is probably my favorite.

The bottoms do have a good amount of slip resistance.

These also have the orange octagon insoles that I love.

Boots are great quality and 100% waterproof.

I bought these boots due to their high ratings and a YouTube video, that speaks about its quality.

My favorite work boot is timberland  pro helix 6 inch steel or composite toe.

I’ve never went wrong with any Timberland Pro Boondocks.

The 1000g of insulation is thicker than I have owned in the past, the wide base fits comfortably considering my semi-flat feet, and the 8” height means I can comfortably tuck my longjohns into the boot without fear of them creeping above my boot line.

With proper care, proper storage, and the occasional replacement insoles, these could potentially last you a decade worth of winters.

Due to my bad circulation in my feet keeping my feet warm was my main objective, and this boot performed excellent.

They do seem to be a very well-made boot.

this is the best steel toe boot I’ve ever worn for comfort and wear.

I have seen many reviews about this product and I was not thinking of buying it because I had bad experiences before with the brand,

pros- comfortable, big toe box, wide means wide, COMFORTABLE, warm, soft, look good, seem really well made.

Comfortable, straight out the box, no break in time needed at all.

Despite this the boots are surprisingly comfortable and most importantly they are WARM!!!

Not cold not hot just comfortable and dry (I wasn't wearing winter socks either).

The bulkiness is a small price to pay for warm comfortable feet while working all day in subzero temps.

His feet stay warm and dry all day long,  in snow,  rain,  mud,  freezing temperatures.

however I can say that after having bought many boots for the cold This is the best and I am glad to have it.

These are some of the most comfortable winter boots I have ever owned.

I needed a nice pair of boots for the winter, and I'm sure glad I settled on these.

I never had a boot that hurt my feet so bad, I have been a long time Timerland customer.

After wearing the 13 regular at my job, I started to get major foot fatigue after a few hours of wear, even started to lightly blister on my big toe & pinky toe.

My husband love these 8 inch high boots, which they had memory foam.

We bought the memory foam separately now they are very comfortable.

Once you put the 8inch on, you can immediately notice quite a bit more insulation, which helps cushion your feet better.

My toes aren’t crammed in the toe box area anymore, due to the added steel toe insert.

but the factory Timberland (anti fatigue) insole is pretty decent I admit.

Excellent work Boots I ever bought.

I just love Timberland Boots in general, as they’re very comfortable overall & can take a good beating & lasts months, even years.

It’s a good stylish, traditional work boot look & the overall construction of the boots hold up well for me at least.

Never have I had any of my Timberland Boots fall apart or crack etc like some of these reviews.

I’ve been wearing Timberland Boots since I was a teenager in middle school (I’m 40 now) so we’re talking 25+ years & never have I had lemons!

The taller the boot, the more protection it provided to the calves.

Probably because the company safety shoes are usually of low quality After some the jean adjustment, it didnt feel any discomfort, the boot upper rim (not sure if thats what it’s called) is soft and quite pleasant to the touch.

OK - I knew that going in: Other Timberland boots are labeled as such, and these are not.

NOTE TO TIMBERLINE:  The upper hooks could be a bit larger as the laces are barely covered by the hook.

This results in the lace popping out of the hook unless tension is provided at the perfect angle when tying.

After I bought my first pair of Timberland Pro 50506 boots years ago I haven't had a reason to go look at other brands since.

The soles have not worn excessively even with a lot of walking on concrete, asphalt or gravel.

Overall stitching, eyelets, hooks, leather and sole bonding is like new.

Best work boot around, on my 3rd pair, each lasting me 18 months,  working in construction 12 hour days , they hold up to everything I deal with daily, about to order another pair just because.

Comfortable boots that don’t bother my feet.

Most comfortable rugged work boot for extreme conditions.

Compared to other boots I have owned recently, these earn a high rating for durability.

The lace-to-toe feature seems to add to that stability by securing the boot at the ball of my foot to minimize slippage front to back.

Overall I would recommend these boots based on durability, fit and value and would definitely by another pair.

Not needing replacement now (and no longer needing this type of boot) I'll continue to use these for multiple uses as they are versatile enough for many applications.

I'm still keeping these my go to boots for work though.

but soft enough to grip and be comfortable.

They are out of the box comfortable and need very little break in.

My recall is that the fit was quite well right out of the box.

Once they're properly tied it is a secure fit.

That's the only for four out of five stars:  in a busy warehouse, it's not a great idea to be adjusting one's "shoe lace system" all the time.

but after wearing them at work a few times, I found the lacing system just not good enough.

A warning, though:  the whole system of ferrules and lacing is built around the plastic gizmo, it seems, so even without it, it's not as secure a hold on the upper foot as other shoes/boots.

NEWEST EDIT:  No, the lace retention system used by Keen is regrettably inferior.

Therefore, add another $10 US for the purchase of some actual Lock Laces or another replacement.

The lace retention system Keen chose to employ is inferior.

SO, the upshot is you can't really lace these like normal shoes.

but this "lace retention" system is bushleague garbage.

While the shoe is simple enough to tie with the spring clip in place in a normal fashion, the plastic end caps which compliment (yes, that's the correct spelling in this case) this system cannot be reassembled in any reasonable way.

And, while I usually go for an E or EE in work shoes, they only had a men's width D (regular width) in size 13.

These *feel* a lot light and cooler than my regular work shoes (Timberland Pro steel toed shoes.

However, they still look pretty cool, and the stock insole has been pretty good for me (haven't wanted to swap the insoles out yet).

But, they don't come with side zippers, which with age became a necessity.

Alongwith the removable insoles (like those Timberland PRO Anti Fatigue insoles) they make my stride totally comfy.


I swear by Timberlands, I find them the most comfortable boots for my feet.
