I don't want my money back I want to exchange them never worn them just opened the box my last ones finally gave way and these new ones have the left shoe has a metal piece coming out or sitting to high you can feel it with your hand and when you try them on so can I exchange them or am I'm out of luck Remember I never wore them I just trust the manufacturer and never 2nd guess them ?


Had to return them because they don’t have CSA tags for use in Canada.

Within 6 of those months they started to shred.i work for transit and on my feet all day, approximately 6k+ steps a day, the outside stood up to the water and snow, the inside around the ankles shred and the material is thin.

They left my legs and feet feeling very fatigued with painful pressure sores.

they hurt so bad and for the first month of wearing them, I'd have blisters on my feet everyday when I got off work and even now over 6 months laters I occasionally still get blisters on the back of my heel and my big and little toe and it's not because the shoe is too small.

but the last couple months my feet hurt sooo bad, my ankles hurt, my knees, my hips, and even my back!!!

My ENTIRE lower body hurts severely by the end of a work day I can barely take it anymore and Aleve can only go so far!

They hurt when I lay or sit down so bad I can just barely get back up and they even hurt pretty bad when I get out of bed in the morning.

This pain didn't start until I started wearing these shoes and I hope I save some folks from wasting their money on these because I wish I hadn't!

I thought if I spent more money on shoes I'd be happier and that's all I bitched about at work the first 3 days I wore these because I was so unhappy and my feet hurt so bad

but it hurts bad and like I said my feet never bothered me until I started wearing these shoes and I'm sure the shoes aren't helping the matters any. .

.I bought this shoe hoping they would last a long time and with the timberland name I was hoping for COMFORT since I work 13 hour shifts at my job and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

and it sucks!!! I actually need to give in and buy a different pair because I actually have to go to the doctor about one of my feet( my right foot has a knot in the arch?)

This is my first pair and I really liked them.
