Comfortable right out of the box This review is based on limited use of the boots so far because I bought them for responding with our local American Red Cross Disaster Action Team so, mercifully, they haven't seen a lot of action yet.

So, at the very least, these boots pass a light water test and I have no reason to believe they won't hold up equally well under wetter conditions.

What was great was finding (most of) the features I needed and finding them in a boot that is very comfortable.

I Have found only 3 boots that work for me - The best is Rockport RK6640, & the Royer 6 inch Metal Free - Very Comfortable as well, and Finally the Timberland PRO BOONDOCK 6 inch boot - these are Very Comfortable as well, and Probably the Best MADE - They WEAR like IRON.

Let me also recommend 2 upgrades I made to A GREAT BOOT - I replaced the included insoles with ORANGE TIMBERLAND PRO INSOLES, MUCH MORE COMFY!

Love My Timberlands After reading reviews and doing some research I bought the Timberland Pro Renova Pro shoes.

I have found that after wearing these shoes, they are good for standing at work on concrete floors

I only kept them because I didn't have anything to wear for my new job.

Sturdy, wear very well I work very long hours as a shift lead in a restaurant.

These shoes are very high quality and well made, have not worn out at all.

Dont know how to make these sturdy durable shoes more pleasant to wear all day.

They are the most comfortable shoes l have ever owned - and l have worn these for 12 hour shifts.

I even wore them out shopping this past weekend and enjoyed walking, and not being tired.

The sizing is correct, I wear a 7 1/2 and it fit perfectly.

I have since then bought elsewhere for a better shoe.

This has been my second pair since I bought my first one long time ago and that was really a genuine leather I can tell and I used it for several years with no problem.

I would still purchase this brand again and do highly reccomend them to others.

I just felt compelled to let others know who are thinking about buying a pair to do so, it is worth the investment.

These are also much more durable than the san jose boot they make, an order of magnitude better.
