Only replaced the last pair due to the soles wearing out.

Also the soles don’t wear that much if you have that problem.

First of all I ordered an 11 which is what I wear and they were too big so keep in mind they run a little big.

First day wearing them for 10 hours and I could barely walk when I got home.

but they hurt my feet even with my foot inserts.

If you do try these you need to buy a better insert for them because the ones that come with the boot are basically useless!

Best pair of boots from timberland pro
Very comfortable, even on concrete floors.

The inserts that come with the Timberland Pro are fine I just went the extra mile.

These boots are so nice and it's no joke I now have up to 10 pairs of Timberland Boots and I have not stopped.Unfortunately there are times that I need to buy a particular style and will not get my size and what makes it so annoying is the fact that even Timberland that makes these boots will not have nothing to safe the situation,I wear size 12 wide and now I am trying to get a 12 wide in Men's Timberland Pro StockDale Alloy Toe Work Boots ( Style A1GYL214 ) and all I see is the 12 medium.

Only complaint on the comfort is out of the box the top of the  boot where the tongue is a little bit stiff and uncomfortable

I just ordered this pair and they arrived defective, went to lace them up and the eyelet pulled right out.

The eyes for the laces unfortunately are fabric and me being a welder I should have cought that

It didnt fit my dad even tho it was 11 wide the ceramic toe wasn't wide enough for him so for other may very size fitment.

but the wide on this boot compared to the last two it's not as wide as they were.

So, I am so speechless with these Timberland pro Bosshog.

So after 3rd day run around site an average 18000 step a day my feet fills relaxation so once proved worth the money spent again I want to say that these Timberland pro work great, keeping my feet,legs relax.

This being my third pair of timberland pro boots the style is probably my favorite.


Boots are great quality and 100% waterproof.

The bottoms do have a good amount of slip resistance.

After wearing the 13 regular at my job, I started to get major foot fatigue after a few hours of wear, even started to lightly blister on my big toe & pinky toe.

My husband love these 8 inch high boots, which they had memory foam.

It is durable, strong, waterproof and so far it hasn’t cracked and it kept my toes nice and safe

I dont feel any water seeped through the seams, which is a win for me.

I just love Timberland Boots in general, as they’re very comfortable overall & can take a good beating & lasts months, even years.

It’s a good stylish, traditional work boot look & the overall construction of the boots hold up well for me at least.

Never have I had any of my Timberland Boots fall apart or crack etc like some of these reviews.

I’ve been wearing Timberland Boots since I was a teenager in middle school (I’m 40 now) so we’re talking 25+ years & never have I had lemons!

The taller the boot, the more protection it provided to the calves.

Probably because the company safety shoes are usually of low quality After some the jean adjustment, it didnt feel any discomfort, the boot upper rim (not sure if thats what it’s called) is soft and quite pleasant to the touch.

We bought the memory foam separately now they are very comfortable.

Once you put the 8inch on, you can immediately notice quite a bit more insulation, which helps cushion your feet better.

My toes aren’t crammed in the toe box area anymore, due to the added steel toe insert.

but the factory Timberland (anti fatigue) insole is pretty decent I admit.

For heavy duty work, I recommend the Timberland PRO Boondock 6 ", which also look great with jeans and are also good for going out, riding a motorcycle or feeling like you are wearing shoes, not ridiculous, pointy things that destroy your feet.

Cheaper laces than before / Odd sizing
I bought these for a second time, 1 year later, which is about how long mine lasted before splitting near the front.

But anyways, what really irks me is that my new ones have significantly cheaper laces.

I hate this, because the laces don't hold the shape I want while tying, which means manually holding the laces that much more while I tie, as opposed to some of the work being offset by thicker laces getting snug on the eyelets.

So they clearly cheapened out on the laces.

SR Max should consider upgrading the laces before selling and stitching the soles in addition to gluing and we'd have a true winner. P.S.

Honestly, I am upset about the laces being downgraded from my pair a year ago.

If they could do one thing better it would be to use real stitching all the way around the sole instead of just glue.

But bear in mind, Timberland does not make the non-slip soles for these boots.

The lack of a stitching on the sole could be SR Max's decision.

I don't know why more of the big name brands don't issue shoes with proper non-slip soles (like SR Max soles).

but they are not comfortable at all; no foam or padding inside).

Second thing worth mentioning, is that the sizing is definitely a bit odd.

And they don't really want middle-of-the-road brands like Skechers either (whose nonslip is subpar compared to SR Max, and actually, I slipped a few times wearing modern Skechers; old ones were decent).

This Timberland Pro + SR Max is the closest thing you can get to name brand + true non slip.

Hurts Ankle Bone
I have ordered this same pair for 7+ years and this is the first pair that has hurt my right side ankle bone.

My only complaint about the Titans is that the insole wore out after 6 months and I started having lower back pain from then on with the boots.

Other wise they will cause pain around the ankles.

The active heel lock loop was digging into my ankle and causing pain, even not when tying them tightly.

My heels and arches were in pain, making it difficult to walk.

However, now after having them a full month, they still cause my heels slight pain if I put all my body weight solely on my heels.

I can't figure out what is causing this because it seems to be all padding around the ankle?

Took only about a day of constant non-work related wear to break in.

Each time I wore the Helix, the pain in my arches decreased as the boots broke in and my feet got used to them.

I install solar so I'm constantly on roofs standing at weird angles and they keep my feet comfortable all day.
