I would suggest ordering a half size to a full size down as they run a tad big.

As a matter of fact, my arches get really fatigued with Hokas.

there's a defect in the footbed- inside heel of the right shoe pressing up against my back arch and inside heel.some sort of piece of plastic that was wasn't pressed down correctly before glueing I'm assuming..it's uncomfortable &makes my heel hurt a bit.
