You probably want to order a size up, as if I had gotten a smaller size I doubt my toes would have fit under the protective resin at the front.

but for a shoe that's specifically designed for an environment with physical hazards, I find the speed of degradation concerning, and I'm not willing to drop $100+ every quarter on shoes that are becoming unwearable without going through a damage event.

These were ordered to use when I worked in a warehouse.

Had to buy a new pair so I bought the same shoes(thinkin that maybe my cat urinated on them.That’s how bad the odour is) Month later with the new shoes and they smell just as bad again.

I got the 13 wide here and while they fit, they are tighter than I was expecting, especially up by the resin toe, and feel more like a regular 12 on me.

If you're looking for a comfortable steel toe shoe, with plenty of toe room, I would recommend these.

This is  my second pair, first pair bought at local store lasted a year or so which is pretty good since I do 12 hour shifts on concrete/tarmac, up and down steel grates and ladders, exposed to oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, water, kick stair and stand locks on and off, etc.

Very lightweight which is great on back, 100% composite so I can go through security without setting off the detectors (and thus getting wanded).

I've worked in them for a couple of days and they're pretty scuffed up so I'm not going to try to return them.

The boot appears to be well manufactured.

It is a heavy, stiff, slightly oversize work boot.

The worst thing is the upper is so large in relation to the length I have the the sides laced almost completely together and the boot is still a little loose on my foot.

I got a 9W initially and had to swap them for a 8.5 W. They feel comfortable with ample wiggle room for toes and provide good grip.

Most composite toes like to leave some extra room and this boot leaves plenty.

Also, I have very narrow feet, and these are very narrow shoes.

The insoles are too thin and offered no support so I will exchange these for a 9 1/2 wide, which hopefully will give me room for an insole.

Even without having one, they’re way too narrow for an average foot.

Not fully waterproof, my line of work is most outdoors as I deliver packages and while it's not too terriblt bad my wet are actually decently wet.

This week I wore two socks and both were 60% blotted with water.

Love (almost) everything about these boots, they fit true to size, are comfortable for standing and walking, going into 6 months of use and no wear and tear issues, HOWEVER.

Hands down these are my favorite and most comfortable

but if I get a year of comfortable boot out of them it's worth it to me to pay the price.

The only negative other than initial discomfort from  prolonged use before break-in (remember, an after market performance insole can solve this issue) is that I would prefer thicker laces for this type of boot.

A thicker lace would make it easier to tighten and tie without the knot slipping, IMO anyhow.

Even so, the boot feels fine with no slippage in the heel or ankle and I have plenty of toe room which comes in handy if I were to want to wear thicker socks or double up on those with standard thickness and still wriggle my toes enough from cramping or getting too cold.

While not steel toed, these offer a level of protection just from their construction.
