Feels a bit like you are wearing high heels as foot wobbles out of narrow footwell on uneven ground.

And, the heel is slippy when I walk (my heels are narrow), even with my foot crammed in by having socks on.

I wear a size 6.5/7.

Also, it is so wide that I can’t keep this shoe on when I walk.

They do slip up and down as you walk which feels a bit odd because they are almost as deep as shoes at the heel,

My feet just kept slipping out, and I was wearing socks.

but the boots were too tight around the ankle area to get on and off without a struggle.

They must use a different last for the shoe than the boot, because, ordering the same size, my toes in bare feet hit the front of the shoe.

but a boot that didn’t come up to my knees.

Fit perfectly, look really cute and they are well made, I just love anything by Joules

I love the look; the patterns are so cute, and I especially like the contrasting sole.

They are a narrower fit in the foot than Joules full length wellies, in part because of the thick neoprene lining which is very comfy and warm.

Perfect fit and really comfortable, I’ve had many welly shoes before

I have thos for 6 monts and they are good quality and comfortable

but it also doesn’t cause your feet to sweat as some fake materials often do.

I used to give walking ghost tours in downtown Savannah, ga and these were perfect to look kinda witchy cute and unless i walked more than like 5 miles its really didnt hurt to walk in them.

It's comfortable and feels good on my feet.

Versatile AND comfortable
This is my third pair of this style boot.

The boot itself is comfortable, fairly lightweight considering the chunkiness of the heel & sole.

The rubber makes for secure, non-slippery walking, even standing is comfortable in them.
