this item was received on oct 19 and it was returned to ups and then the warehouse receive it on oct 23 and they are making me wait until november 19 to get a refund the shoes were way to big didn’t match the sizes i have got from steve madden in the past and  that was the reason for the return not wore at all was for homecoming had to go to steve madden and get my shoes
