The sole got worn out super fast, as did the support.

I definitely recommend wearing crew or high ankle socks to counteract this.

Size 10 in the Inov-8 is definitely smaller.

The minimal shoes from INOV8 and Merrell just didn't give me the strength in the sole, making some of the moves, like overhead lunges, tough on the toes.

Besides that, I think there are better options for lasting out there.

PROS - Softer and more comfortable than most functional fitness shoes - Great for running, plyometrics, rope jumping.

but I still think it's a stable enough shoe for squats and deadlifts, even though a shoe with a harder heel might be more ideal.

but if I could only pick one shoe for training, this would be it!

fit expected

Just in case there were any differences, I bought three pair and each has fit as expected and true to size.

my feet dont get hot in them, they fit well, and look great.

Very Comfortable and Flexible
I ordered the shoes as an alternative to my running shoes because they seemed to have a flatter bottom and would be good for Weight Lifting and other things i would do in a gym.

for the price, i think they are the best shoes i have ever bought.

I would probably order another pair if i wear these out.

Downside- the inside sole is pink, which my son hated and refused to wear them.

My son needed a new pair of shoes quickly so Amazon came to the rescue!

Unfortunately, these were a bit stiff for my son.

Downside- the bottoms did not have traction so my kid was slipping around a lot.

but he keeps saying they are too slippery when he is running so I ended up having to buy another pair and these are going to be kept for those times when he won't be playing around.

Great gym shoe
Fits great easy for child to put on and off.

Could use at least a little more pad on the bottom for jogging.

Compared with this it was a bit "softer" in wearing and the sole was a bit more flexible.

Here the sole is a bit more rigid and about as thin and the shoe itself is more rugged in terms of build.

The thin sole of course creates the possibility of damage to the upper parts of the shoe.

When I got my second pair about 6 months ago, within one day the entire fabric lining the sole insert peeled off!

The shoestring eyelet, the large plastic piece about half-way up the shoe snapped like a winter branch.

while I was lacing the shoe up for Pete's sake!

I was using  this shoes  during  the 90's, always  have been an excellent  shoes  for weight  training.
