I decided within 1 minutes that I had to return these.

The metal clasp looks cheap (plastic) The WORST return experience ever Emailed customer service they asked for an explanation of why I wanted to return them.

Then a week of silence despite me sending multiple emails as the clock is ticking on the 14 day return window Finally received the return label and shipped them back Radio silence and no refund a week after they were delivered I then asked about the refund and was told it's being processed 10 days later still no refund I just sent another email I feel this is a borderline scam at this point So be aware and ready to deal with this for a mediocre pair of shoes

I returned it and asked another size 8, and they sent me size 9 again.

So I end up returning  both, i am determined to get the right size!

but instead used the European size , which is always accurate, to choose the correct size ( a whole size smaller than what was recommended ) They are extremely comfortable and look beautiful on.

The sizes for these Gel Mai run about a half size to small in my case.

- Theres a small area where stitches have been missed.

And lastly, the footbed seems different, not as supportive.

The upper part of the shoe is a very soft mesh type material and as I inserted my foot it immediately pushed down into the shoe.

but I wasn't really impressed with the cushion of the insole.

I wore extra thick ankle socks with these and still the elastic-like sock design chafed the back of my ankles.

have to over tighten bands for thinner socks too.

but I find it a bit of a hassle when I prefer my shoe to be slip on.

To me, this totally defeats the purpose of having a slip on shoe.

Yes they do size larger and yes walking on uneven ground you can roll to the side slightly.

I bought these because I LOVE Merrell's leather jungle mocs.

If I had tried it on in a store I would not have bought.

They are great looking and have a unique design.

It is a comfortable shoe once it is on your foot

they are also extremly comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

Bondi 8 have caused me severe pain standing on my feet for barely 4 hours, something that never EVER happened before with  either Bondi 7 nor 6.

If you have Bondi 7 stick to those, wait for the next updated version of Bondi as the 8 is absolutely not worthy it unless you fancy causing yourself foot pain.

These appear as returned (banged up box, crunched up tissue paper, one shoe untied and w/o toe stuffing)

Regardless, I tried them on and was pleased with the comfort and arch support.

Hoka is a great shoe for comfortable all day wear, especially on hard surfaces.


These trainers are so comfortable and supports the ankles.

but they are so comfortable and I wear them all day long (13+ hours) and they still feel like am working on air.
