I think the ties come a bit loose around the leg, and I tried to adjust them,

The only thing that I dislike about them is that the strap comes all the way out, which is really not a big deal, and is the same with most shoes, that tie or strap at the ankle.

In my left foot, I could almost fit a finger between my foot and the shoe, and because the only thing holding the shoe to your foot is the tie around your ankle, it's not secure.

The velvet strap doesn't look quite as stylish as I hoped

The ankle tie is a bit strange and it appears to be tied like a neck tie; adjustable.

However, one side of the strap is longer than the other and doesn't look attractive.

but at this size, they aren’t comfortable to walk in because the heel slips, and wants to come out of the shoes.
