The other thing I didn't like at first is that they kept hurting my feet.

It's utter misery, and I've been relying on exercises, physical therapy, and NSAID's to manage the pain,

It causes tremendous back, hip, and thigh pain for me.

My other issue was extreme stabbing pain in my heels.

Don't just "think" about getting this pair of shoes if you suffer from the same extreme pain that I have.

I still have small soreness issues after about six hours of working.

After walking a few miles, my toes started to become numb and I felt like the ball of my foot was being squished from the sides.

but the arch support in their sneakers still isn't quite enough and the heel cup isn't quite cushy enough to help with the severe cramping and swelling I get after being on my feet for about 5 or 6 hours.

You really have to loosen or tighten each row of laces to fine tune the fit.

The Best Shoe I've Ever Worn
First, let me start off by saying I have extremely high arches.

If you have high arches, this shoe is your savior.

Now I do like them, they are comfortable, light weight, a good shoe for running, jogging, walking

The soles are nice and comfy, when walking.

To experiment, I ran a little, landing on my heels, and in that case the shoes were very comfortable.

When I was walking in the shoes outside (I was walking and running), the shoes were very comfortable.

The soles of my feet don't feel swollen and painful, and I've significantly cut down on my use of IB Profin and Aleve to alleviate pain.

I can wear my thick compression socks and arch support socks easily and still be comfortable in these shoes.

but they are comfy and nice to run in, at no point did I think "I'm running on air" or some other cliche.

At first, they were cushion-y underfoot and felt good to walk in around the house,

They definitely have a loud flop when walking.

but the top of the shoe presses into my foot and makes this not comfortable to walk in.

These do flop like a flip flop with any walking that isn't very slow and steady.

I did not like that they sound like flip-flops when walking in them.

The box was in shambles; torn and ripped, basically falling apart and held together with a rubber band.

If you find flip flops offensive, these shoes aren’t a good fit for you.

but these run a bit big so I returned the 8’s and ordered 7’s.

They’re everything I’ve come to expect from Vionic.

I have slippers and flip flops from this brand and I’ve shared my success in helping with lower body issues with others who now are fans of Vionic.

The shoes feel like I am wearing my house shoes throughout the day with the excellent support that you can only get from Vionic support!! !

I have a high arch and these shoes fit my whole foot so well.

Most comfortable
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

I was so pleased to find something that is very comfortable especially for wearing multiple hours.

The wool is warm for cold weather days and also cool on warmer days.

They are so comfortable I ordered an additional pair.

They are comfortable and have good arch support.

They look super cute on my feet and are incredibly comfortable.

The fit seemed good, and I wear a lot of vionics, so i do know my size,

but I know the narrow foot ladies will probably slip right out.

I find these a bit difficult to walk in because the multiple Velcro adjustments make a custom fit possible

I am not sure that a smaller size would have worked, I just wish the straps had more room for adjustment.

I really like how they fit (I can adjust whenever I wsnt) and feel.

Adjustable slides! These are the best, most comfy, Luxurious open toed adjustable (all 3 straps!)

These slippers are comfortable and the arch support is great.

Soft fuzzy upper and insole, adjustable straps, & the rough and tumble bottoms can handle all kinds of outdoor surfaces.

Good arch support and easily adjustable to avoid sore spots such as bunions.

I like that I can adjust the strap that goes over my arch as tight as I want.

Another Vionic that is too small
I bought two Vionics to see which one I'd keep for my vacation, which will involve a lot of walking.

We had to pack the shoes and return them.

We are very disappointed that this is a fraudulent description and we wasted our time waiting for these and then having to pack them and return.

but it's too short and tight and I leave for my trip soon.

I tried it once and don't think i will wear it any more as it had no cushioning support for my heel pain.

I have a lot of foot pain (heel, ball, toes) and have tried tons of brands of shoes and inserts.

They have the solid vionic base with great support

but a bit more cushion than my other sneakers by vionic.

The diagram on the box shows how Vionics’s high arch keeps your leg straight, theoretically relieving pain.

And, if your pain is related to your arch, I’m sure these shoes are good.
