Last a long time, the sole will wear out and if you walk on a lot of gravel you will notice.

Better than barefoot except in the woods, they slide on leaves, pine needles and such.

Being too small for my feet already, I realized that I would use these shoes seldomly—most likely avoiding wearing them even when they could be useful—and would probably never break them in to feeling a little bit better on my feet.

Size down if you’ll be wearing normal cycling socks in warmer weather.

but presents a non-traditional feel at the heel because there is no padding on the back and feels like it would cause friction, but that went away after the second ride.

You can easily walk in them in the various terrain.

They are solid, stiff, and have a decent sole for walking when required.

As I walk, it feels like there's a lift going on.

I liked the knit collar and they were comfortable to walk around in.

Waterproofness is solid best I've experienced in a mtn bike shoe and not too hot on the feet.

but it made hiking your bike comfortable.

Shoes are very comfortable from the first try.

I tried shoes in 0 degrees Celsius and my feet were surprisingly warm.

Great performance
Love the strap to really lock in the foot at the heal and the BOA system to snug the forefoot.

The stiffness of the sole is adequate and really is comfortable for hike a bike sections and provides a solid connection to my clipless platform pedals.

The water proof yet breathable material works well and the tall yet flexible sock liner keeps things out and is fairly robust without being too hot.

They do seem to keep my feet from getting so hot during extended walks and workouts.

but I have not noticed any problem when walking, biking, or running.

The BOA closure works fine but I would have loved to have a wider shoe.

I needed to go up one size to get the correct width.

if your feet get hot just pull on the BOA dial and air will get in when you are walking and cool them down.

My daughter had wide feet and is a size 3, so we sized up and she was still barely able to slip the shoe on it was too narrow.

My granddaughter thought these were the best house shoes EVAR!

They weren't hot on her feet and yet she could run around our house in them comfortably.
