A comfortable, well-constructed walking sneaker
I needed to replace my walking shoes -- I liked them,

but all the pluses that these RBEUT sneakers offer make them a much better walking shoe!

I got the bright yellow ones.

but they're black, and I wear these when I'm worried about visibility. I also like having another pair of tennis shoes for general outdoor activity, and I pack these when I travel and don't want to pack 3 different pairs of active shoes (like running, pickleball, etc.)

A big plus: my previous sneakers had a relatively smooth sole, so the danger of slipping when I walked after it rained was always a concern.

They have good tread and lots of cushion.

That won't be a problem with these shoes -- their soles have a very pronounced grip pattern which should provide much better traction than I had before.

But for the concerns that I have most soles of today's walking shoes are way too sponge-y and are not helpful for me.

The insoles do easily come out if you need to wear orthotics with them.

and honestly, most modern walking shoes are absolutely hideous, in my view.

Comfortable walking shoes for those who can't wear (or don't want to wear!)

though they're not amazing looking I do think they're far less cringey than most walking shoes out there.

but these are my daily go-to shoes since I can mostly only wear walking shoes at the moment.

Overall, I'd say Vitesse is a great walking shoe that lasts and is not obnoxious looking.

I will always buy this brand;

I have very flat feet and this is the first series I have purchased where there is little to no support on the inside on the inside of the shoe.

In less than 3 months of normal every day wear, the soles separated from both sides or each shoe.

Within 2 weeks of wearing them that one foot started burning in the arch.

These shoes are so comfortable and I am able to walk a longer distance in them without the pain flaring up.

I switched to another pair of tennis shoes and it's already starting to improve!

The cuff of the shoe fits snugly around my ankle and there’s nice lateral support.

This shoes does not have a tongue which makes it more comfortable.

On the heel, there’s still padding, so the cuff doesn’t chafe against the back of my heel.
