I didn't like that this pair is not as comfy as the first pair I bought.

While there is a bit of padding at the arch, it flattens when stood upon.

The sole does extend beyond the heel of the foot so that pronation is limited.

I also like the fact that they are washable.

Easy to slip on and off, fit true to size, light weight , and really easy to throw in the washing machine.

She loves them and I love I can wash them to keep them looking new.

I noticed they stay a bit wet, so the bottom of your feet might get water logged on long wet hikes-

The second item is far more important: The sole, while very grippy, wears out super fast.

There were smalls holes on one shoe that were clearly an imperfection.

It just needs to get quality control in-line which is ultimately why I rated the SHOES so low.

The insoles do come out which I think is great for quicker drying.

They dry out very quickly inside and out if left in a sunny spot.
