Traction in the mud and snow or on slippery surfaces is not great so be aware of that.

Smell was not to strong out of box as with some rubber boots and was gone within 2 weeks.

Worth the money
It is hard to know how well these boot will hold up over time,

Great boot
This boot is really nice and is much less expensive than similar boots.

For the price, overall great hunting boot for temps down to 40F, IMO.

I ordered a size 10 and it fits perfectly.

A wide may barely have sufficient room in the steel toe area

These "wide" are on the very snug size in the mid section, barely fair room in the toe area, a smaller arch lift than my Chippewas I am used to.

however because they appear quite a bit wider than I imagined from the pictures and the tongue has a significant amount of padding on it I found to be excessive and bulky.

It also made my feet look really chunky and I prefer a less cumbersome silhouette for boots.

There's a very annoying squeak in the right boot when walking and the sole has worn well beyond what should be expected in less than a month of normal wear.

The soles will likely wear faster than I am used to because it appears they have different composite of material.

I found it frustrating to fold in all that material before lacing up and getting it pleated symmetrically to be annoying.

These also have very, very good traction on ice, wet metal (equipment steps, etc), wood, snow,  mud.

They also breathe fairly well for being quite waterproof.

I like boots with the heel because i spend so much time on metal ladders.

The standard insoles are very comfortable, I typically have to change them out.

Just got them and while they fit well, seem well made and comfortable the tag stitched into the inside of each boot tongue clearly states “Product of Dominican Republic” making the Country or origin NOT the USA, fyi.


Very comfortable I usually wear them 15-16 hrs daily never had a problem .


Very comfortable, fantastic grip, properly stiff.

(I did not get to wear the White's for long as I had an injury that cut my time there short) These are functionally the same and just as comfortable,

These are less than halfway through their life after 3 months and still very comfortable.

But what makes these stand apart from every other pair of boots (again, didn't wear the White's for very long) is the durability of the soles.

They’re water proof and very comfortable.

No water got into the boot and my feet stayed warm.

The rubber sole is peeling off chunks at a time.

The entire sole is also starting to also peel away from where the leather meets the rubber sole.

Then the sole was pealing apparat from the shoe and wear was setting in.

The tongue is made of a simulated leather that falls off the material comes apart after wearing less than one day.

I was hoping that the soles would be kind of soft.my first day my foot was in a lot of pain.

I  bought some Profoot custom orthotics insoles and my chronic foot pain went away.These boots are ok
