I got these for my husband to wear as house shoes and he really likes them.

I have to return them unfortunately because they’re huge.

Seeing they do not have any sizes smaller then a men’s 10, I can’t reorder the proper size.

I will  return them and order the 10 - 10.5 Women; 8-8.5 MEN.

Unfortunately, these shoes emitted very strong chemical odor (I'm assuming from some anti-mold agent they use for warehousing), which did not lessen after several days of airing them, so I ended up returning them.

but it is lined by thick fabric on the inside so it's hard to tell if it's real leather or microfiber.

If it is real leather, it's pretty thin and therefore had to be reinforced by fabric from the inside.

but it was so closely shaved that I wasn't able to establish whether it was real leather suede or microfiber imitation.

I put them on, started walking, changed direction on hardwood, and almost immediately wiped out.

Then I tried carefully walking down some hardwood stairs, and the same thing happened.

The suede and buckle are of lesser quality and the toe box is significantly more bulky than the name brand.

I am a 10.5 so I ordered an 11 and they feel a little small.

I wear mens size 11 and they are just right.

After years of wearing birks, these will do just fine.

If you need something to wear occasionally or around the house these oughtta do it.

They are very comfortable the arch seems like it supports pretty well.

but the cork footbeds are quite comfortable and the shoes fit well.

I still give these 4 stars since they're super cheap, pretty comfortable considering the price, and serve my purpose as houseshoes.

Overall, these are a solid buy for the price and fit and finish is fine.

I purchased these in my normal shoe size and they fit as expected.

The outside of the boot begins to stretch and lets my foot fall to the outside of the boot.

I wish there was more support to stop the outer wall from stretching.

Need to put some type of water proofing on them .

Even if you move the tongue where it belongs when you're lacing the boot it quickly moves back to the right when you start walking.

I shopped carefully for a good pair of 6" work boots and tried Carolina, Georgia, Red Wing, Irish Setter, and these Wolverine, which had the best fit and feel.

Always fits right out of the box, not hard on the feet, i get a good year and a half out of them when my previous brand only lasted about 6 months.

AND a plus is I feel more comfortable in my own feet than I have in 25 years.

They fit great and have a great a wide range of width with the tightener.

I have purchased Mephistopheles for ten years.

I buy shoes to be comfortable walking and these are not in that way.

Sadly I had to return these because there was no arch support.

They were too narrow and surprisingly long, so I had to return them.

Now the price is higher and the leather is cheaper.
