It appears it almost has an indentation where an arch should be.

but the design of these somehow places all my body weight on the arch and then collapses it.

My husband hasn't seen any combat in them yet, which is probably good because, if he had, I'd probably have to knock off a star or two as I don't think these military grade Jesus shoes would protect the delicate flesh of my husband's feet should they come face-to-face with Constantine wire, or shrapnel blast.

The mid-sole is twice as thick as previous models, making me feel like I'm walking in Frankenstein's boots lol!

Great fit, put these flip Flops through a test, walked the n all types of surfaces, walked over 100 miles in these so far and they are just know feeling broken in, I look forward to wearing these for a few years.

My husband wears these almost every day, he loves how comfortable they are and have great grip making them very stable to walk around in almost any environment safely !

They were more comfortable and felt more premium, and we're slightly lighter color with tan outer soles.
