The strap by the toes would get a tad uncomfortable if I was walking around a lot

but don't think to wear them around unless you want to feel like you are walking in heels, happy with purchase, ordered size 11, and that's my normal fit

Absolutely love these they are my first pair of lifting shoes the mrs. Has been telling me that I need some lifting shoes since we lift pretty heavy and I have 2 degenerate disc in my lower lumbar so she has a pair of Reebok lifting shoes and u found d the black white and blue Reebok's and boy I use to feel pressure in my lower back while lifting now I feel no pressure and they have improved my front squat overhead squat and back squat significantly it's like night and day.

I would highly recommend the shoes to anyone that’s serious about lifting.

The heel height is nice and high--perfect for sitting back and getting more power from your heels and hips during squats and deadlifts.

but that's a great thing if you have a wider foot like me.

I have wide feet and like higher heels so this shoe was the best for me!

The bottom of the shoes are wide and give great side to side stability.

If you want a higher heel, wider fit and good stability then this is the shoe!
