They delaminated and laces broke really fast, and the tread wore down to smooth so they easily became my least favourite shoe.

Then the first day he wore them, the elastic lace broke.

I have had to return them three times because of size make sure to buy 1 size bigger overall good sneakers so far I did"t used in the rain so I can't write how much waterproof these sneakers are  will update

Cons: Fairly stiff, (which may break in), shinny, ran small.

(I wear the same size in professional  clog), The 2nd to last eyelet on top, where and front of shoe and tounge overlap pushed into the front ankle of my foot, (I was afraid of a blister area).

The only thing I don’t care for is that the toe piece (hood) is designed to breath to the point that even a little water comes in from just walking through wet grass.

A bit narrow around the top of the foot even when unlaced - I'm wearing a size 9.

For the amount of wear I have got out of these im not very happy as they are not cheaper and I've bought Salewa boots for years.

I am not sure why they have a cover over the laces and they seem to smell like cat urine if they stay wet for too long,

but they are comfortable and they do not leak.

I hike a dirt trail with an occasional section of caliche, and never did I feel less comfy with this pair.

Just finished an 8mile hike earlier today and they exceeded my expectations!

Bought a different pair of Salewa’s since they are quickly becoming my favorite hiking shoe brand.

These are perfect for the dirt trails I normally hike.

I have yet to feel some sort of discomfort while out on a trail.

I have climbed for about 7 months on these shoes so far (close to 200 hours on these shoes).

Comfortable, similar to my Solutions and I suspect they will last much longer than the Solutions.

Great quality and the rubber seems very durable.

I have especially narrow and flat feet and felt there was too much volume in the heel, and on top of the foot.

I gave this shoe three stars because the rubber sucks, the shape of the toe and heel sucks, and the inner fit of the heel is way too wide for me.

The heel has a lot of volume inside, so if you've got a narrow foot like mine, you're gonna get shoe farts.

These are not accurate to show sizes, I ordered a half size up based on the reviews of the shoes being too small and sure enough, I should have went a full size up.

That being said, it's a great quality shoe for the price, the leather feels great - if you have an average or wide foot it could be the perfect shoe!
