I did notice a slight odor when taking them out of the box.

The area going up towards the toes were definitely snug (in a good way) and did not wiggle.

However, I have heel and arch inserts and when I put them into the shoes it gave me a boost and my toes felt more roomy.

I bought these boots to go out dancing in and I love the heel.

Danced the night away and wore them for 6 hours.

but once you get them on, they fit great.

The inserts also made the boots more comfortable.

I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s tennis shoes and these were about 2 sizes too big.

she is very happy with how they fit and I have seen an improvement in her dancing because she is so much more comfortable in her shoes.

Since purchasing she has done about 10 hours of dance in these shoes and they have held up well so they appear to be of a decent quality.

Despite it being a medium it fits around the front/top of her foot quite well and she states it is very comfortable.
