The unfortunate thing was going with the larger size caused issues with my hip.

I would maybe recommend buying a larger size.

The shoes seems extra wide for the size 12.

With my foot sliding around while walking it caused my problem hip to hurt quite a bit which also caused lower back pain.

My feet still get sore in them at the end of some shifts if I walk a lot.

Best compromise of comfort and cost
I purchased these boots because my Wolverine boots wore out and I needed something cheap to get me by in between pay days so I could purchase another pair of wolverines or Keens.

These boots fit me better than my Wolverine boots ever have.

I have worn these boots everyday and I can tell you there is zero break in period and they have held up very well .

Comfortable, lightweight and durable for all day wear.

Been wearing everyday for 3 weeks and they are comfortable, and the leather breaks in nicely.

By the end of the first day wearing they felt like I'd been wearing them for a year..very short break in period.

I have semi wide feet and felt zero discomfort from the steel toe .

Wolverine Men's Cabor Waterproof 6-Inch Work Boot

The Cabor boot is slimmer in the toe than the Falcon shoe design so naturally one of my feet with the Cabor pair fit fine and the other was a little tight in the toe width.

The interior shaping of these boots is somewhat unusual; I find the toebox to be rather wide and tall compared to the fit elsewhere, likely an artifact of the large composite toepiece.

Great work boot
I bought these for my son who works in construction - the ones that he wore out were discontinued (also a Wolverine boot) - these seemed like the closest thing to it.

Really Like Wolverine
Bought a Falcon shoe and a Cabor boot.

Laces up fairly quickly and the smooth toe and lower section with no overlaying seams down the sides makes for a longer lasting boot design, IMO.

Nice quality boot for the summer months since it’s light on your feet.

My previous boots had the same configuration with plastic hardware; these appear to be much more durable, at least visually.

Indoors, on sidewalks, and the shop floor the grip is excellent, even when wet, and it does not tend to catch pebbles in the tread like many other boots I've had.

The "EPX" sole is made of durable poly/rubber rather than a foam or composite, with very little flex (another predictor of durability).

But I wore them all day the first day to see what the "give" was in the leather and now both feel fine.

Additionally the dull sandy finish helps to hide damage and wear; small cuts and marks do not stand out against it.

Second time that I have purchased Wolverine boots and I find myself wondering why I even bothered with other work boots.

Amazing, comfortable, and durable boot
My grandpa and uncle have worn these boots as general contractors since as long as I can remember. And they have always said things like, "it's like wearing a slipper on the job site" and "these are the best boots we've ever owned."

Fit perfect and very comfortable right out of the box.

Have used most all boot brands, The Dura-Shock  is the Best.

I think I need to return these boots they're digging into my toes
Not sure of the durability because I cannot wear them any longer and the comfort is not very good as you can see they're digging into my toes

Wolverine made my favorite boot that was durable and comfortable right out of the box until a few years ago, they discontinued that boot for unknown reasons.

I work 8-10 hour days, 6 days a week, on my feet all day as Barstock.

I have to haul metal bars around all day every day and these boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever bought.

Which helps to make a 2 lbs 5.7 oz boot feel extremely light.
