I had to cut through the top of the sock so they wouldn't cut off circulation and my husband is not a heavy man with large calves.

This fluff was evidenty coming away from the sole of the sock given that after just two months of owning them (not even wearing every day) the soles were threadbare and cold coming through.

I bought these socks  11/9/2015 and have been wearing them every winter.

I've never had socks that keep my feet warm like these do and I am the original cold feet person.


In the cold weather your feet (hands & head) are the coldest part of your body as your blood centralises to protect vital organs, its a built in survival instinct (which your feet are not a part of) please get these (and a beanie hat) for your elderly relatives now.

The feedback I got was that these socks did warm up the tootsies.

So-don't have cold feet about this purchase.


I love Heat Holders, especially as I suffer from chronic neuropathy so my feet constantly feel cold.

There’s no arch support and it’s only comfortable and if you just put your feet in it and don’t move lol but when you start to walk around, it’s only good to wear around the house and not definitely not outside to run errands.

but seriously I don’t care how much you wear these in, there’s no way they’re gonna be comfortable to run errands in with no support while walking.

Here in New England, I wear them year round for taking the dogs outside in the winter (no deep snow of course), in the rain, and year round.

No holes which I like as my feet stay dryer when the grass is wet.
