I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw that the straps were a pale plum color when I was expecting them to be bright red, which is what the picture looked like to me.

but it was mainly the color of the straps that made me return them.

They’re SO well made, and they’re so comfortable!!

Came sooner than expected, they fit true to size (8) and comfortable right out of the box.

They're my third pair of Fly London and they are just as comfortable as my other two.

I cannot stress enough these feel almost like I'm wearing sneakers they are that comfortable.

That said, they seemed to be quite comfortable, well-made, and TOTALLY cool!!!

I have been surprised and pleased to find that they are at least as well made and as sturdy as the old ones were and that they are also every bit as comfortable as the old ones were.

It was detached on anther shoe which I could see why!!!!

But they charge a re stocking fee for THIER DAMAGES THEY SELL!

Lastly they came scuffed up on the 2nd pair.

Obvious scuff marks so not worth selling!

While they didn’t look worn or dirty they are just defective shoes being sold and a restocking fee of 20% to give back damages items they wanna pawn off!

but you’ll be losing on in the cuteness when you stuck with scuffed shoes and seeing socks under shoe laces instead of the white patent leather center top!

It won't take much wear, because it wrinkled after the first use.

First purchase arrived in literally the shoe box!

It’s taped up with clear tape like as if someone purchased a bunch in store for sale and just resold one Amazon!

I also tried the 4's I originally bought for my nephew and they were too big.

My only problem with these shoes is that the heel wears out and it's one of those hollow sort of heels, so it looks pretty ratty on the bottom when the heel starts to wear,

but had bought them for him for work because i thought they had grip on the bottom but they dont which was disappointing.

Now, I don't wear these on a daily basis, I've worn them maybe once or twice a week since I purchased them 4-5 months ago and the bottoms seem to have worn down WAY faster than any other shoes I own.

but color on the soles have already worn down and makes the shoes look old and beat up from that angle.

Unfortunately BOTH shoes this time have tears at the seams on the front.

But noticeable scuffs and tears especially on the tip of a brand new pair of shoes isnt acceptable.

That being said, these shoes look just as they do in the photos, they are quite comfortable, and I love them.

sizing is small and tight, add half a size

It has small vent holes on the side so I wouldn't recommend walking through snow with these too much.

I recommend when ordering these boots to order a size up.

If I get a chance to exchange these and get a size 13, ( which is what I’m sure will solve my issue) I’ll update my rating to 5 stars

but again not much-if any-padding surrounding your foot, your feet are not supported  3. they feel like they are a half size larger than a typical boot - maybe from the lack of padding?

Broke in 90 days/new pair-- showing signs of wear
got these Christmas of 2020---it is not mid-March and they are falling apart--CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS REACHED OUT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT--THEY HAVE OFFERED TO SEND ME ANOTHER PAIR (I RECEIVED THEM 4-11) ---I TOLD THEM I WOULD UPDATE THE RATING 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THE SHOE YET---I WILL COME BACK LATER.

Only issue was that shortly after he started wearing them a red line appeared above the sole, I assumed it was heat from his foot and glue seeping up.

My boots usually blow out at the ball of the foot, these have not, yet.

They have a built in cushioned heel and they are about 2 inches taller on the high tops then your average work boot which i thought I was going to like

Lol idk how long it's been since I originally made this, BUT I feel like it's been over a year and the boots were so good for the price that I bought a new pair yesterday.

This brand of boots will be my annual boots I buy for work from now on.

Way better than expected at 6 mos use, ordering more now!

Overall, IN MY CASE, these are much better value than some box-store brands, and I'm here to buy more.

I can’t seem to get them to not slip off

Feet slide forward
These shoes are classy if you have the right shape foot.

There isn’t enough support in the toe strap to keep your foot from sliding forward.

Foot slides forward, gap at the back of the shoe makes the whole shoe look big, you lose the class that these shoes bring and instead look cheap.

Some of my issues were that they came loose in the box and slightly worn when I got them.

but I can’t really wear them to work or anywhere else cause these things have me limping and I usually don’t have issues wearing heels.

Probably the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I own and the funniest part is that they’re not even that high it’s just made out of like the most uncomfortable material and that strap is like a death chamber.
