Good, But not Waterproof We recently took a family trip to Iceland with our 4 & 6 year old, and we needed waterproof hiking boots.

I was struggling to find a durable, comfy, and cute pair of hiking boots for my 4 year old.

They kept her feet warm and dry on a fall camping trip with rain and temperatures into the 40s.

I could walk all day in these shoes and my arches would not be aching.

I wore these shoes to the beach and would sometimes wear them into the water.

The Chaco’s were easy to wear on the beach because of the back strap that held them onto my feet.

I also took them hiking, and I did not regret the decision to wear the sandals over tennis shoes.

Overall, I have compared these sandals to other outdoor sandals that my sister’s have and I think these ones are the best.

Great Alternative to Tennis Shoes I purchased the Chaco ZX1 Ecotread Sandal for a trip I was going on last summer.

Arch Support The arch support on these shoes are great, it made my foot feel like I was wearing a tennis shoe.

Decent Sandal Once Broken in.. My daughter has wide fett and I first tried these on her, they didn't fit well.

Once she'd wore them a couple of times, they fit better.

Straps You can adjust the straps to fit your feet perfectly.

Once the straps are adjusted the shoes will fit that way unless you adjust them again.

They make it through multiple kids and adjust easily to different for shapes!

Big Kid Size 6 I always wondered what the fuss was about Chaco’s, then I found the right size.

I tried on a pair in Big Kids size 6 and those work great!
