They are great for fun hikes and adventurous beach walks during the fall and winter months along the Jersey shore.

These hiking boots keep their feet dry and protected from fallen tree branches, thorns etc.

They have a huge bump where your arch should be and just walking around my living room in them I knew that I would be bruised by the end of the trip if I was to wear them all day.

The straps were tight and hard to loosen up.

The Chaco’s were easy to wear on the beach because of the back strap that held them onto my feet.

I also took them hiking, and I did not regret the decision to wear the sandals over tennis shoes.

Overall, I have compared these sandals to other outdoor sandals that my sister’s have and I think these ones are the best.

Great Alternative to Tennis Shoes I purchased the Chaco ZX1 Ecotread Sandal for a trip I was going on last summer.

Once she'd wore them a couple of times, they fit better.

We got these on a killer deal and she wears them almost daily.

Decent Sandal Once Broken in.. My daughter has wide fett and I first tried these on her, they didn't fit well.

Straps You can adjust the straps to fit your feet perfectly.

Once the straps are adjusted the shoes will fit that way unless you adjust them again.

They make it through multiple kids and adjust easily to different for shapes!

Our fave for the lake/river After being a Teva girl for years I’ve switched to Chaco.

I tried on a pair in Big Kids size 6 and those work great!

I would recommend this shoe for any adult whose feet are small enough to buy children’s shoes,

but I would also recommend these shoes to parents who are looking to find their children durable and supportive sandals.
