Columbia Men's Fairbanks Omni-Heat Hiking Shoe, 4 us
Ok hiking boots in terms of comfort
They look good and kept me warm on many of my outdoor excursions.
I wore them to a snow day and they were great while walking around
They are warm and comfortable and am able to walk through shallow (inch to inch and a half deep) water without leaking.
but was out recently for a nice hike through the frozen sludge after a foot of snow had thawed and refrozen.
Much to my dismay, my feet got soaked with icy cold water, for the rest of my hike.
There was feet of snow that I hiked through.
These are just as good in the water proof and warmth capabilities as my previous Lowa hiking boots that cost $235 six years ago.
I've walked / hiked 6 miles a day, every day, and my feet have stayed warm and dry.
Walking around in wet grass soaked them pretty quickly,

These hiking sneakers are by far the best I’ve found.
I use them for trail running and they’re the 4th pair I’ve owned.
My partner searched forever for a wide width hiking boot that was also lightweight, flexible and breathable.
I ordered a couple of pairs- one for hiking and one for outside work such as cutting grass/brush clearing/ etc.

Columbia Men's Fairbanks 503 Snow Boot
Great hiking boots!
The boots have held up so incredibly well that I think I'll keep using them for summer hiking as well.
I bought this for hiking this summer after being so pleased with a pair of omni-heat snow boots that I’ve been enjoying all winter.
These are definitely for outdoor uses mostly.
Columbia is still the best outdoor clothing on earth.
Today i climbed a snowy mountain peak wearing these with some leg gaiters and snow shoes.
Super grippy for walking/hiking in slippery conditions.
Bought these for my Dad he likes to walk a lot and he needed something better for the cold weather.
but definitely a great buy for hiking shoes.
These are great hiking shoes.

Merrell Men's All Out Blaze Sieve Water Shoes
Support of a walking shoe with great draining for wearing in the water.
My first pair lasted three years and hundreds of miles of hiking and trekking all over the country.
Outside of normal water shoe stuff they are good enough for most basic hiking and light scrambling.
but they look as good as the last pair i had and wore them for 3 years in the river out on an island and they held up great and still wear them some today.
I still get red marks on my feet with some blisters if I walk more than s mile.
My favorite, I wear them everywhere, in my fishing kayak 5 miles offshore to mild hiking in the mountains.
Bought these for our annual Trip to Destin Florida beaches and they were perfect.
I also wear their hiking boots.
I can feel good when I wear these hiking sandles around town.
If you find your self hiking down to rivers, or on rocky terrain were traditional boat/water shoes are too thin, these things are great!

KEEN Men's Targhee II Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot
I love the arch support and the toe box is great for hiking and walking.
They’re great for walking the dog at the park, as the waterproofing keeps my feet dry.
I’ve hiked in rocky terrain, stepped in streams and puddles, and they always stay dry and comfortable.
I previously owned a similar pair of Keens light hiking shoes and had them for over 7 years.
They are comfortable “ easy” hiking shoes
laced up and very little wiggle in the foot Extremely lightweight - almost good as trail runners Want to try other Keen products now!
This is great when edging along rock ledges or waking across logs.
but i think this design is wonderful because as your foot flattens out or grows on long hikes your toes require just a bit more room than normal.
Although as with any boot, if you do plan on walking in wet foliage it is a good idea to wear a pair of leg gators to keep the rain from running down your legs and into your boots.
No long hikes , mostly used in the truck my husband drives.
$132 - $152.95

TACTICAL RESEARCH TR Men's Khyber TR550 8" Army OCP ACU Lightweight Hot Weather Mountain Hybrid Combat Boot - Coyote Brown Cattlehide Leather and Nylon
These boots are fairly comfortable if you’re just using them for walking around.
I purchased a Curex Prohike insole to replace them which increased the comfort level for my upcoming hike.
I christened these boots, after break-in through daily wear, on a 19 mile hike over rocky terrain with varying degrees of elevation.
My heels were so blistered and jacked up by the end of that trek, despite heavy quality wool socks, that I was tempted to ceremonially burn them in a vat of gasoline for the hell they put me through.
Guess I’ll have to mole-skin up if I want to hike with them again - or hire a cobbler to address that heel-cup deficiency.
These boots want to go, they are made for walking and jogging.
Nice and cool, great for hiking in tropical weather.
Other than that, these things were awesomely comfortable and made all the hiking considerably easier.
but prefer this style of boot for hiking.
The Bellevilles are much more comfortable than the Bates - it feels like I'm walking on clouds -

TENGTA Unisex Waterproof Garden Shoes Womens Rain Boots Mens Car Wash Footwear
I walk my dog every day in a grass park and have ruined several pairs of shoes due to the wet grass in the mornings.
Great for running errands on a drizzly day, easy to slip on and off.
Shoe is heavy in weight so is not OK for long walks.
It is made of strong thick rubber and thus works well for around camp or washing vehicles.
It swells up due to being in my feet all day and walking on concrete so I needed a half size larger to be comfortable.
So good for walking through the garden or on a stormy day.
