Altama OTB Maritime Assault Fin Friendly Mid Cut Operators Boots
And after a ten mile hike, multiple water crossings, and a direct comparison to trail runners of a different brand, I find that these are absolutely amazing.
Whereas in trail runners, I felt too insulated from the trail and felt like my ankle was rolling more than I liked.
However, this was at the cost of impact cushioning, so I think I was a little more fatigued after a few miles than of I had traditional hikers or trail runners,
Many miles hiking & running with up to a 55 lb ruck in rough, hilly terrain.
2 weeks: I have put these through pretty rigorous training including running on trails, treadmills, and stair steppers.

While they've begun to accumulate a nick here, a crack there, and a tiny rough patch over yonder, they've largely retained their shape despite daily use, occasional jogging and all-weather exposure.
